YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads using various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.Prospect Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects, effectively presenting the value of our products/services and scheduling appointments for our Closer.Relationship Building: Establish rapport and credibility with prospects to facilitate smooth handoffs to the Closer for further engagement.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in our CRM system to ensure diligent tracking and follow-up.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
What we're looking for:
Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales environment is preferred.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities with a knack for engaging prospects and building relationships quickly.Proactive Attitude: Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving and surpassing targets.Cold Calling Expertise: Comfortable with making cold calls and initiating contact with potential leads.Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
