Tasks
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee development processes.
- Enhance employee engagement and retention through innovative benefit programs and company culture initiatives.
- Drive organizational change initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the company.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and hiring costs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the intern management to craft the company’s internal communication strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Head of HR or similar leadership role with a strong strategic and analytical focus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) are highly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of employment legislation, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, combined with an ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
